PURCHASE AND RETURNS CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions indicated below regulate the sale of this website owned by KARINA VILA NOVA. The sale is understood to be made at our registered office and buying through this portal implies acceptance of the general conditions.

The contracting language is Spanish.

You can modify the data before making the purchase.

1st PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase process consists of several steps:

FIRST: To buy you must give ok to purchase and go to the PAYPAL platform, to that of your bank card or you can request payment via bank transfer.

SECOND: Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, MANDARINE will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the product, its price, and shipping costs.

THIRD: The order confirmation sent by MANDARINE is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. MANDARINE will send the invoice corresponding to it together with the Product.

2nd PRICES:

The prices indicated in the product lists include VAT unless otherwise indicated. In the final summary of the purchase, the total price will appear with taxes and shipping costs included.

4th CLAIMS AND RETURNS:

If you need to return a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will bear the shipping and collection costs.

MANDARINE will check all damaged, incorrect or defective products that are returned. If we do not consider that the returned product is defective, damaged or incorrect, we reserve the right to invoice you for the product again, as well as any associated expenses.

5th. WARRANTY

Remember that you have a customer service email in which we will assist you immediately.

These products are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's warranty and / or current legislation.

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE

7. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the Spanish territory, so that the delivery service will only be for this territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address that the user indicates once the payment has been verified.

The MANDARINE delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige. Orders will not be served at PO boxes or hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfillment or resolution of this contract will be submitted to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona in case of being a COMPANY buyer. In the case of CONSUMER, we submit to the jurisdiction of their domicile.

MANDARINE will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized.

RETURNS

If you need to return a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will bear the shipping and collection costs.

The law recognizes CONSUMER customers the right to withdraw from their purchase for a period of fourteen working days from the day following receipt of the product.

The articles have to be in perfect condition and with their corresponding label.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected in transit.

Therefore, when you want to return your order during this period, without MANDARINE having made any mistake on its part, we will refund the amount of the product and not the associated order costs, such as shipping, collection or packaging.

How to proceed for cancellation or return:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by e-mail at info@mandarinebcn.es

We will give you an acknowledgment of receipt.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired.

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery than offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
