What is the shipping cost?
We ship free to Spain and Portugal.
To EU / UK free shipping for purchases over € 100. For purchases under € 100 the shipping cost is € 15.
Rest of the world € 50.
For countries outside the EU there may be customs charges, which will be charged to the client and will be paid according to the policies of each country in this regard.
What is the delivery time?
In Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands we deliver within a maximum of 3 business days from receipt of payment.
In the Canary Islands and the EU between 5 and 10 business days. Rest of the world from 10 to 20 business days.
You will always receive a tracking number to know the status of your shipment.
For special dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, Kings, etc., keep in mind that delivery services can present problems.
How do returns work?
We believe that this will never happen because everyone loves our products, but if for any reason you want to make a return, you have 30 days from making the payment for us to refund your money.
